The Body, the Song and the Dance of Our SoulWhy Everything Begins with Presence

Our body is the visible part of the iceberg.

It’s what we see, what we touch, what others perceive through the senses.

But beneath that visible layer lies a much greater part of us, vast, infinite, invisible made of energy, emotions, memories, impulses, dreams, and life itself.

And this invisible field is constantly seeking to express itself through us, to become visible, tangible, real.

Our essence wants to take form.

It wants to sing through our voice, move through our gestures, love through our eyes.

We are living, breathing Big Bangs beings through which the invisible becomes visible.

Yet along our human journey, we’ve learned to hide, to hold back, to censor what was too alive inside us to fit in, to be loved, to survive.

All that we’ve silenced doesn’t disappear; it stays within us, and when unacknowledged, it manifests in other ways: tension, pain, anxiety, fatigue, illness, or strange synchronicities calling our attention.

These are not problems to fix. They are calls to listen.

Each tension, each emotion, each discomfort is like an inner child asking to be heard.

And when we take a moment to listen, we discover that each one carries wisdom, a forgotten piece of love wanting to return.

So here’s an invitation:

Take a moment.

Close your eyes.

Breathe deeply.

Let the world slow down.

And simply notice what’s happening inside.

Is there a sensation, an emotion, a thought that wants to be acknowledged?

Instead of judging, welcome it.

And gently ask yourself:

“What within me wants to be heard or expressed right now?”

You can sit with it, or write down what comes. Writing often helps the energy flow more freely.

And if you do this regularly, even for a few minutes a day, moments of clarity, deep connection, and self-revelation will naturally arise.

Because everything begins here in presence.

In that sacred space where your body becomes the temple of your soul,

where the invisible comes alive,

and where the essence of who you are begins to dance.
